Before you book

What happens after I send my request?

I review it personally and reply within 24 hours (usually sooner) with a calendar invitation for one of your proposed times, or alternatives if none fit. The invite includes the video link or dial-in details.

Which time zone will the meeting use?

Your chosen times are interpreted in the time zone you select and shown alongside Toronto and Colombo time in the email, so both sides see the same moment. Calendar invites adjust to your local time automatically.

Is the discovery call really free?

Yes. The 30-minute discovery call is complimentary and carries no obligation. Strategy sessions and retainers are paid engagements, and we will confirm scope and rate together before anything starts.

Is what I share kept confidential?

Yes. Anything you share is used only to prepare for our conversation. I am happy to sign an NDA before we discuss sensitive details – just mention it in your message.
